Founded in April 1976, CCT Constructors Corporation (CCT) was born from a collaboration between Construction and Development Corporation of the Philippines (CDCP, now PNCC), C&A Construction Co., and Japan’s Toyo Construction Co., Ltd. From the very beginning, CCT stood as a symbol of international synergy where Japanese engineering excellence meets Filipino craftsmanship and ingenuity to deliver structures built for scale, strength, and success.

In 1988, the partnership evolved as a new generation of dynamic Filipino investors acquired a 60% stake, joining Toyo Construction Co., Ltd. 40% share. This strengthened alliance further cemented CCT’s identity as a company rooted in local expertise yet elevated by world-class Japanese technology and standards

CCT’s early operations focused on marine civil engineering, specializing in dredging and reclamation. By 1985, as Japanese industries expanded into the Philippines, CCT broadened its capabilities to construct industrial facilities for global firms. Since then, the company has continued to grow its portfolio, serving multinational corporations across diverse sectors.
Today, with more than 350 completed projects nationwide, CCT is recognized for delivering specialists, professional staff, and skilled workers bring together precision, discipline, and artistry–hallmarks of both Japanese construction philosophy and Filipino workmanship.

Establishment of the Philippine Branch of
Toyo Construction Co., Ltd

Establishment of CCT Constructors Corporation

Established in 1976 as a joint venture among the Construction and Development Corporation of the Philippines (CDCP, now PNCC), C&A Construction Co., Inc., and Toyo Construction Co., Ltd. CCT was founded upon the collective expertise and institutional experience of its partners.
Manila–Cavite Coastal Road Reclamational works and shore protection works.

Yazaki Torres Manufacturing Inc.

CCT completed its first building construction project, including the YAZAKI apartment building and Factory Expansion II in Calamba, Laguna.

The company expanded its services into building construction including manufacturing facilities, factory buildings, and logistics infrastructure.

UNIDEN Philippines, Inc.

  • UNIDEN Factory (March 1987 – July 1987)
  • Weston Factory (October 1987 – June 1988)
  • UNIDEN Warehouse Expansion (December 1988 – March 1989)
  • UNIDEN Philippines Factory (August 1994 – March 1995)

The joint venture was restructured, and a new group of Filipino investors acquired 60% ownership, while Toyo Construction Co., Ltd. retained 40% share in the partnership.

Texas Instrument Philippines, Inc.

The Phase V Assembly and Test Facility achieved LEED Silver Certification, becoming the first LEED-certified building in the Philippines.

The facility achieved approximately 24% lower energy use and 70% less water consumption.

Procter & Gamble Philippines, Inc.

  • Procter & Gamble Warehouse (Aug 2007 – Mar 2008)
  • P&G Philippines Baby Care Building (Jun 2011 – Mar 2012)
  • Cabuyao South Distribution Center Building Phase 1 (Nov 2013 – Sept 2014)

Aurora Memorial Hospital

CCT’s first hospital project, undertaken in partnership with Toyo Construction Co., Philippines.

Brother Industries Philippines, Inc.

Brother Industries has been a CCT client since 2013 and continues through 2024, including the development of Phase 3 factory building in Tanuan city, Batangas.

Japan Training Program

CCT launched its Japan Training Program, sending selected Filipino engineers to Japan for a one-year hands-on training in advanced construction methods and technologies.

40 Years in the Industry

By its 40th year, CCT had completed more than 200 projects.
CCT also achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, later transitioning to ISO 9001:2015, reinforcing its commitment to internationally recognized quality management standards.

Adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM)

CCT adopted BIM technology to enhance design coordination, project efficiency, and accuracy in execution, including ground evaluation analysis and interface status checking through BIM.
