Founded through a partnership between CDCP (now PNCC), C&A Construction Co., Inc., and Toyo Construction Co., Ltd., CCT began in marine civil engineering before expanding into industrial facilities built to exacting global standards.
In 1988, the partnership evolved as a new generation of dynamic Filipino investors acquired a 60% stake, joining Toyo Construction’s 40% share. This strengthened alliance further cemented CCT’s identity as a company rooted in local expertise yet elevated by world-class Japanese technology and standards.
